Monday Map: weird looking neck twister

I kept on seeing this map, not knowing what the hell it was. It looks kinda like a deformed Mexico, but not really. Then, I took a longer, harder look at it in a larger format, (it turns out it's from Wikipedia) and figured it out.. have a look:
